The process is designed to adapt to your specific presentation through testing, feedback, and ongoing adjustment—so we’re working with how your body actually responds, not applying a fixed routine.
The difference here is that we don’t work on one piece in isolation. We reconnect the whole system — alignment, functional breathing, and stress response. When these elements begin to work together, clients often discover new possibilities where other methods stalled.
Most approaches treat the location of pain rather than the pattern driving it. If the underlying pattern hasn't been identified and corrected, the same problem tends to return, regardless of how much treatment you've had.
The goal is to identify and correct the pattern creating the problem, not to manage symptoms. Most clients see meaningful and lasting change when the pattern shifts.
Typically 15–30 minutes a day. Consistency matters more than duration. The work is cumulative: small, well-targeted sessions build on each other in ways that longer unfocused practice doesn't.
