Postural Blueprint for Correcting Pelvic Torsion

The Complete Guide To Restoring Pelvic Balance

Self-Evaluation to the Test for the RALF Pattern

Module 1 - Lesson 4

The RALF Pattern is a specific pelvic torsion pattern that I have found to be dominant.

RALF stands for: Right Anterior, Left Fixed

The acronym refers to the position of the right pelvic bone which is rotated forward or anteriorly, and the left pelvic bone which is fixed in place (and cannot rotate forward).

The following self-evaluation is from my course for correcting this problem, Postural Blueprint for Correcting Pelvic Torsion.

While the tests included are not perfect they are a reasonable starting point for determining if you're in this pattern.

How To Proceed If You Think You're in a Different Pattern

Module 1 - Lesson 5

If you're uncertain if the RALF Pattern applies to you, see the lesson below, also from my course, Postural Blueprint for Correcting Pelvic Torsion.
