Stephen O’Dwyer, CNMT, Neuromuscular Therapist, pain relief researcher and founder of Relieving That Pain Online Courses, has been helping individuals find significant and often permanent relief for chronic and recurrent musculoskeletal pain since 1990.
Trained in a wide variety of therapies including Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Bodywork, Somatic Movement Education, Craniosacral Therapy and Active Isolated Stretching, he has spent many years developing an integrated methodology of pain relief.
